A high-carbon steel alloy strengthens the blades and creates a sharp, long-lasting cutting edge that resists stains, rust and corrosion. Offering a modern look, the knives feature a 3/4-length tang permanently bonded to handles made of nonslip pebble-textured polypropylene, contoured for comfort.
